Terms of use
This is an informational website about Registry Stack, published by Aubex Consulting LLC. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or legal or procurement advice.
Content provided as-is
The content on this site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or fits your specific situation.
Product licensing
Evidence Gateway, Registry Relay, Registry Manifest, and the related command-line tools are open source, released under the Apache License 2.0. The Apache-2.0 license, not this page, governs your use of that code. Where the two say different things about the software itself, the license text prevails.
Commercial services and pilots
Paid implementation, support, and pilots are agreed separately in a signed agreement between Aubex Consulting LLC and the customer. If that agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement prevails.
Trademarks
"Registry Stack" and the product names on this site, Evidence Gateway, Registry Relay, and Registry Manifest, are used by Aubex Consulting LLC. Third-party names, logos, and standards mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply their endorsement of Registry Stack, and it is not an endorsement by us of them.

This site links to other sites we do not control, including GitHub and standards bodies. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Aubex Consulting LLC is not liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Use of the open-source products is governed separately by the Apache-2.0 license, which carries its own limitation of liability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
